SHIPPING POLICY

At CUORE, every order is handled with the same care and intention that goes into each piece we carry. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer standard shipping (5–7 business days) on all domestic orders. Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders of $150 or more. Orders below $150 are subject to a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout on qualifying orders of $150 USD or more.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as CUORE is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
